- Leading an identity-aware AI security architecture across browser and agentic AI, with governed model access through LiteLLM and a staged Onyx guardrails rollout.
- Driving org-wide AI governance by translating the AI Acceptable Use Policy into technical controls, with enforcement rolling out in stages.
- Evaluated six AI/MCP gateway and guardrail vendors to drive platform selection and shape the broader security architecture.
- Reviewed AI applications and 50+ MCP servers for authentication, permissions, data access, prompt injection, tool abuse, and exfiltration risk.
